What you will do in your working day
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain accurate and organised records of customer queries, sales leads, and other useful information
- Initiate and handle outbound sales calls to potential customers, effectively presenting products or services
- Collaborate with the sales team to assist in various tasks, contributing to the overall success of hitting sales targets
- Actively participate in lead generation efforts, identifying and cultivating potential customers for business growth
- Provide assistance and support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
