Tes are supporting this Secondary/ pupil referral unit who are seeking a Leader of Maths curriculum to start this spring.

They are looking to appoint a highly effective and inspiring Curriculum Lead for Maths. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Faculty lead - STEM to develop the Maths curriculum across the school.

Are you an outstanding practitioner with a proven track record of implementing and delivering a creative curriculum for Maths that captures and inspires young people? 

You will have the vision to lead teaching and learning to the next level. 

You will motivate students, engage parents and raise student’s aspiration in order to provide them with best opportunities and outcomes.

To be successful you will: 

• Have a passion for teaching and learning, understanding the needs of vulnerable young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health)
• Have a sound knowledge of the SEN Code of Practice in regards to your teaching and delivery.
• Show commitment to a culture of continuous improvement that promotes excellence for staff and students alike.
• Have the personal and professional qualities that fit to their vision and values.
