Job description

Identify ARMS patients using the CAARMS-2023 and other assessment strategies Intervene with ARMS patients using individual Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Intervene with ARMS patients using group Psychoeducation and group CBT Manage and resolve bio-psycho-social patient issues that arise outside of CBTp sessions Intervene with non-ARMS EIS patients using individual CBTp Joint supervise pre-qualification staff who are on non-ARMS CBTp training placements Receive CBT supervision from the EIS teams CBTp Supervisor Supervision of band 6 Care Co-ordinators (nurses, social workers and occupational therapists) Contribute to daily multidisciplinary meetings of the EIS team To support the EIS Team Manager with the successful running of the EIS team To have an active role with other senior colleagues in the continuing development of a high quality service that is underpinned by evidence based practice, care pathways and NICE guidance Contribute to Quality Improvement projects Deliver training specific to the role to members of the EIS MDT Act as a role model to colleagues, always seeking to maintain the highest standards of professionalism In delivering your duties you are expected to display behaviours that are aligned with the trusts core values. In conjunction with other senior team members ensure that implementation of clinical/management supervision for Early Intervention team staff in line with the trust policy and appropriate professional guidelines Make judgement on complex facts and situations which require analysis/ consideration of options. Display intense concentration for long periods.
