Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive

The Client:

Our client is an esteemed law firm, commitment to delivering exceptional legal services in residential property, family law, wills & probate, and commercial property.

The Role:

As a  Solicitor / Legal Executive in a private client department, you will play a pivotal role in executing a range of wills & probate task and making a valuable contribution to the firm's operations.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting wills and creating trusts.
• Formulating powers of attorney.
• Managing estate administration.
• Offering advice on inheritance tax matters.
• Ensuring clients are regularly informed about the progress of their cases.
• Implementing marketing strategies to boost team revenue, including generating articles and content.
• Contributing to the training and development of team members.
• Providing support to other colleagues within the firm as needed.
• Mitigating risk in handling various tasks and ensuring adherence to the firm's risk and file management procedures.
• Executing all responsibilities in line with documented procedures and systems outlined in the office manual and the firm's training seminars.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Experienced Solicitor, NQ Solicitor, Legal Executive, or in a similar role.
• Experience working in a private client department or Ideally a STEP member
• Capable of independently managing a case load.
• Open to utilising the firm's practice and case management system.
• Skilled in IT.
