Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site audits, overseeing the implementation of agreed plans from start to finish.
- Coordinate on-site resources, allocate tasks, and manage timelines for successful completion.
- Ensure audit quality, adhering to company practices and auditing standards.
- Work closely with audit juniors, providing support in their professional development.
- Prepare comprehensive on-site audit findings reports, emphasising relevant messages.
- Develop strong client relationships, adapting communication approaches for client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- ACA/ACCA Part Qualified /Qualified /QBE
- Proven experience in leading on-site audits.
- Solid understanding of auditing standards and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
