Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Fixed Term 10 months, Part-time
32 hours per fortnight (0.4 FTE)
We’re looking for a senior RN to step into the Clinical Nurse Coordinator position in our Respiratory Ward. The CNC role on A1 is shared by several staff.
A Clinical Nurse Coordinator in A1 will be responsible for supporting the coordination of people, systems and resources to ensure we continue to deliver efficient and effective services to our community.
The ideal candidate will be a senior nurse who has good clinical judgement, ability to lead and motivate staff and proven expertise in quality projects. It should be no surprise that you must also have a current Annual Practicing Certificate.
You someone with a strong focus on improving policy and process in our busy medical ward out of hours.
