We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Territory Sales Manager to join our Force Sensors division.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales and customer support team across Europe. Senior partner of the management in the territory. Coach, mentor and develop the team.
- Monitor and report on all sales activity and results. Prepare annual sales budget and quarterly YEFC (year-end forecast) by customer, product, and territory.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities/ market segments within territory; Increase sales growth and maximize market potential.
- Selects appropriate subordinate sales staff to ensure smooth growth to support company objectives
- Organizes and participates in regional meetings to facilitate efficient business practice
- Willingness to travel across the region up to 50%

REQUIREMENTS
- BS in related discipline; MBA a plus
- 10+ years of significant experience in sales and business development at a senior level position.
- Experience in sales and business development of Industrial Automation products /Sensors (weighing, force) to OEMs (Packaging, Robotics, Medical, Machine Builders, Construction, Agriculture etc.).
- Strong business/finance background and experience
- Knowledge of commercial transactional process involved with sales
- Previous experience negotiating multi-year contracts with large, global OEMs
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
