Job description
We're seeking an adept Senior Project Manager to spearhead the seamless integration of innovative marine products into the market. This pivotal role entails orchestrating multifaceted teams spanning product management, engineering, supply chain, and marketing, fostering cohesive collaboration across the project's entirety.
With a history spanning decades, our client has been at the forefront of sailing technology, pushing boundaries and empowering sailors. Their products are known for their innovation, reliability, and performance, catering to recreational boating, yachting, and commercial marine sectors.
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who embodies meticulous project planning, proficient risk management, and strong financial acumen. Exceptional communication and problem–solving skills are crucial, along with technical proficiency and multitasking abilities.
Key responsibilities - Collaborate with product management, engineering, supply chain, and marketing teams to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, identifying critical milestones and coordinating resources to meet project objectives.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate with the supply chain to manage procurement, production, and distribution processes effectively.
- Facilitate regular communication among stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and key milestones.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Manage, resolve issues and report on NPI products through Infant Monitoring.
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality within the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify process bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and optimize resource utilization.
