What you’ll do: As we enter the next phase of growth, we need to unlock new capabilities to meet our ambition of becoming a top 3 brand and doubling our brand awareness. As a result of this, KIND Snacks is on the hunt for an enthusiastic, proactive and all-round go-getter to join our UK team as a KIND Senior Brand Manager. This is a chance to lead the day-to-day brand marketing strategy for the most exciting snack brand in the UK! The Senior Brand Manager will be critical in accelerating KIND to become the biggest and most loved healthy snack brand through compelling and purpose driven initiatives. You’ll be part of the team bringing KIND to life across the UK & Ireland through content, campaigns, PR, sampling and digital media activations. You will be responsible for developing the brand strategy, promoting brand growth, implementing plans and monitoring performance. This role will be responsible for enhancing the strategic direction of the brand in order to deliver growth aspirations of becoming the UK’s biggest and most loved brand. Lead the overall 3 year brand strategy grounded in purpose; oversee the amplification and unification of brand plans connecting all levers (brand, media, digital, social, pr, field, in-store, etc.); Translate brand strategies into excellently executed brand plans that are managed rigorously and shared with external stakeholders Develop KPIs for brand campaigns and optimize marketing initiatives regularly; report out leanings and drive continuous improvement Lead media planning, investment, & KPIs with a focus on delivering test and learn agenda & awareness goals Lead key agency partners and cross-functional teams to deliver brand objectives and execute campaigns Manage marketing budget and partner with finance; report out budget and learnings periodically Collaborate with EMEA marketing team and local markets on key brand building initiatives Be the biggest brand champion every day - internally and externally championing the KIND brand at every opportunity What are we looking for?
