Description And Requirements

Our apprenticeship programme is a great opportunity to study towards a college qualification, while putting everything you have learnt into action through on-the-job training.

As an Apprentice Plumbing Maintenance Technician, you will be working as part of a team of engineers ensuring safety and comfort of visitors and staff, by carrying out planned and emergency break down maintenance to; mechanical plant, ventilating, heating, water supply, waste (effluent discharge), drainage and equipment across the buildings.

Our Building Services Facilities Management team provides mechanical and electrical maintenance services to hospitals, schools, MOD sites and other commercial buildings across the UK to make sure they are safe.

What you’ll learn to do:

What qualification will you be studying for?

Attend college 1 day per week to study service and maintenance techniques associated with industrial and commercial mechanical and electrical systems such as heating and ventilation, air and water systems. You will work with our experienced technicians for the remaining 4 days of the week
