We are searching for a Digital Campaign Manager who specialises in B2B direct marketing campaigns. You could be joining a fast growing agency in Portishead soon because this is a great job with loads of variety and creativity on offer!

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience

Location: Portishead (hybrid, 3 days in the office, 2 from home)

Required skills & experience.  

You need to be experienced and skillful at devising strategy and managing B2B direct marketing campaigns and lead generation particularly across email, Linkedin and other social media.

You’re skilled at consulting with clients and devising effective lead generation strategies for them, taking in mind their business and goals, their target audience, setting objectives and factoring in suitable channels like email, LinkedIn and outbound phone communication.

Analytical and detail focused in order to analyse the results of the campaigns and communicate these effectively to clients.

While agency experience isn’t essential, it would be advantageous if you’ve worked at a CRM, lead generation or digital marketing agency at Senior Account Manager or Account Director level.

You’ll be creatively minded and experienced at working with creatives, like copywriters and designers and maybe even videographers to come up with engaging B2B campaigns for social media.

You’re experienced with leading multi-disciplinary teams to get great campaigns off the ground.
