Role: Senior Procurement Manager

Salary: to £80k + Benefits

Location: Opportunities across the UK: London, Southeast, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Glasgow or Edinburgh

Hybrid working with some travel

Are you a procurement practitioner with commercial experience with a background in either the Public Sector, Rail or Nuclear industries, with experience of Construction (NEC contracts) /Infrastructure or Roads?

If so, this is an excellent opportunity to join a leading consultancy company to work across a number of exciting projects.

My client is a leading independent consultancy company with a number of live Procurement Manager roles to fill at this level offering fast progression and excellent support.

Key competencies/requirements

• Commercial experience in Procurement with a background in either the Public Sector, Rail, Nuclear or other regulated industry
• Knowledge of Construction (NEC contracts) /Infrastructure or Roads
• Ability to formulate and develop strategic initiatives
• Ability to implement commercial policy and give advice to client teams
• Ability to deal with clients and others whilst striving to exceed their commercial expectations
• Strong track record of commercial delivery
• Risk and opportunity management
