Stroud Resourcing is working with an award-winning healthcare provider to find a full-time Head of Finance to join their ambitious and forward-thinking team.
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity! Under new leadership this healthcare provider has experienced transformational change resulting in the delivery of unprecedented results. The next twelve months sees significant capital investment presenting an opportunity for the accounting function to add significant value.
As a valued, influential member of the senior management team, you will enjoy high levels of autonomy with ample opportunity to introduce new ways of working across the organisation. Adopting a hands-on approach to change, the ability to influence others and align direct and in-direct teams to finance and accounting goals is crucial.
Within this hybrid, full-time role you will work within luxurious, state-of-the-art healthcare facilities whilst enjoying the flexibility and autonomy to work from home. This role comes with a generous salary of £80,000 and excellent benefits. Within this role you can expect to:
- Work closely with senior management and department leads to review services and profitability, providing dedicated support on how they can maximise operational efficiencies and profitability.
- Support innovation, continuous improvement, and cost reduction initiatives across the organisation.
- Develop strong key stakeholder relationships to proactively support financial knowledge-sharing. Lead the finance team, developing a culture that promotes working proactively & independently.
To apply for this role, you must be CIMA, ACA, or ACCA qualified. A background working in a senior finance role within a healthcare setting is essential and must incorporate experience of leading and developing a successful finance team.
