We are now looking for two Project Managers to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will oversee and deliver a portfolio of fitout projects.
Developing a schedule and a detailed timeline for each project, you will ensure they meet client expectations, business objectives and design guidelines.
You will manage the project team, negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors, provide financial control and participate in the pre-qualification and bid evaluation processes.
Additionally, you will:
- Review working practices and devise alternatives where necessary
- Manage operational and administrative functions
- Work collaboratively with clients
About You
To be considered as a Project Manager, you will need:
- A minimum of two years’ project management experience in office fitout projects
- The ability to prioritise tasks, manage budgets, and meet deadlines
- The ability to read detailed design drawings
- Thorough knowledge of safety protocols and regulations within the construction industry
- A solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods relevant to office fitout
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to changing project circumstances
- Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- A first aid certification
- A project manager CRS or CSCS card
