Long Term contract!
One of the region's busiest contractors with a healthy pipeline of work, including a flagship main contracting scheme in the heart of the English Riviera, is seeking to compliment their existing team with an additional Site Manager.
Providing full support to the Project Lead, they are in a need of a focussed and driven "boots in the ground" Site Manager able to confidently oversee site operations to ensure that Health & Safety, Quality standards and timescales are upheld.
With previous experience of major main contracting (build) schemes, gained within a Tier 1 contracting environment ideally, it is essential you'll have the usual SMSTS, CSCS card and First aid at work in addition to good communication skills, a strong team player ethos and a solid understanding of the construction industry.
Applications welcome from either trade or academic backgrounds as the role could involve covering internal or external works or a mixture of both depending on your experience.
