Our client, a growing and successful tour operator, are looking to recruit a Tour Coordinator with excellent communication skills and customer service experience to join their friendly and supportive team in Brighton!

Responsibilities as a Tour Coordinator

• Work within team of Tour Coordinators progressing organisation of trips
• Seamless communication with customers
• Handling all queries and interactions, making reservations
• Build long lasting relationships with clients / customers to ensure best experience
• Ensuring each and every trip is profitable
• Handling large volume of bookings with accuracy and attention to detail
• Keen to learn about products and destinations

Qualifications & Experience

• Customer service experience
• Strong organisation and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A good command of all MS Office applications
• An interest in travel and knowledge about some of our destinations
• Fluency in a European language (French, Italian, Spanish, German) would be an advantage
• Genuine interest in travel!

Job Title: Tour Coordinator

Location: Brighton (Hybrid)

Salary: £22,000 per annum
