£13.00 – £15.50 per hour + 35ppm- weekly pay

Well established, consistent rounds- factoring in minimal time between visits,

Who will you be helping to make life better for?

Prestige Nursing & Care Worthing are seeking dedicated and passionate home care assistantsto join our care and support team. You will work delivering person centred, specialised care to your clients in their own homes on a one to one basis. This will enable you to maintain a clinical and supportive overview of your client.

We are looking for home care assistants who can build positive relationships with a range of clients and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives.

How will you be helping our clients?

• Medication management and administration
• Help around the house
• Meal preparation
• Personal care
• General emotional support

We’re looking for:

• Six months’ paid experience in care is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• A driver’s licence & own car is essential
• Good professional and personal references

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
