Job description
The job holder is responsible for predominantly assisting the engineering team, however with an expectation of assisting other functions
- Monitoring and maintaining of the Sinica system for permit support and contractor management
- Update and support changes to the SAP System
- Monitoring and updating of the Engineering SOP / STOPs / Risk Assessments
- Raising Purchase Orders, receipting of goods and invoice queries resolution
- Liaise with external contractors on routine maintenance visits
- Manage invoices and orders for the manufacturing function, checking the accuracy of payments required and submitting to vendors
- Monitor payroll system for engineering team to ensure hours worked are input and correct, monitor overtime
Essential:
- Maths and English to a good level
- previous experience either in a general administrative role
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- Excellent excel, word, and power point skills
Desirable:
- Food Safety Qualifications
- H&S Qualifications
