You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across BT Murrayfield matchday and non-matchday business, encompassing the Head chef role, reporting directly to the General Manager. You will oversee the management of the kitchen, design, and cost hospitality packages, and grow the site's non-match day events business. Responsibilities :What can you bring?
