Head of Department – Corporate Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join a leading law firm in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will become the Head of Department for the firm and be responsible for the complete management of all aspects of the corporate legal services. You will be responsible for ensuring that the department runs smoothly and efficiently, as well as ensuring that the highest quality of legal advice is provided to clients. We are looking for a Corporate Solicitor who has experience in leading a team and managing a department. You must have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and high quality advice to clients. You should also have a good understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and an in-depth knowledge of the latest corporate legal developments. As the Head of Department, you will be required to lead and motivate the team to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for managing the budget and ensuring that all legal advice provided is cost effective.
