Enterprise Project Officer
£23.98 an hour PAYE
Letchworth Garden City
Full time hybrid role – 2 days a week in the office
6 month contract (potential to extend)
Our Local Authority client is seeking an Enterprise Project Officer to work within their large rural district of approximately 125,000 residents with a clear vision: Put people first and deliver sustainable services.
Key daily Duties:
- To work with the enterprise manager to deliver the enterprise strategy and work programme.
- Develop and expand existing internal services.
- Explore ideas, assist in developing business plans and if approved, implement efficiently.
- Innovate commercial approaches and explore new partnerships.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring risk control and business case delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously improve services and meet performance targets.
- Manage projects within budgets and seek efficiency savings.
- Attend meetings and maintain customer care standards.
- Ensure health and safety compliance and contribute to safeguarding.
