Key Responsibilities in your role:

• Work with a team of up to 30, supervising your own small team. Contribute to providing three meals daily.
• Mentoring junior staff to ensure safe adherence to allergen and dietary regulations. Oversee setup, service, and breakdown, following recipe sheets.

Skills required:

Effective Leadership: Communication is crucial. Be a motivator, mentor, and leader for a small team. Keep calm under pressure, handling challenges with ease.

Chef De Partie level expertise required, but the role welcomes Sous Chefs, Head Chefs, or even those eyeing a Chef Manager position due to supervisory needs.

What You'll Receive:

Competitive Pay: £20.00 per hour (Mon-Fri), £23.75 per hour (Sat), £28.50per hour (Sun), plus holiday accrual.
