Job description

Bennett & Game are currently representing a dynamic company specialising in Commercial Interior Design & Refurbishment, who are seeking a Contracts Manager to join them, based in their Ashby office, due to continued growth. The Contracts Manager will be working on a range of commercial fitout projects primarily in the office / workplace sectors, with values up to around £3M in value. The Contracts Manager will be mainly office based, visiting sites generally within two hours of the office, managing multiple projects at anyone time, from inception to completion.

Contracts Manager Position Remuneration

• Salary: £45k - £55k DOE (guide only- possibly more for the right individual)
• 20 days holiday + BH + Xmas Shutdown + holiday purchase scheme
• 35 hour week (Monday to Friday)
• Company bonus scheme
• Pension scheme

• Income protection
• Location: Ashby
• Turnover: circa £8M

Contracts Manager Position Overview

• Managing a range of D&B commercial fitout projects
• Office based with site visits
• Looking after multiple projects at anyone time

• Managing the client and their expectations
• Tying in closely with the commercial team

Contracts Manager Position Requirements

• Prior experience as a PM / Contracts Manager within commercial fitout
• Based within commuting distance of Ashby
• Full driving licence
• SMSTS (advantageous not essential)
