Job Title: National Sales Manager
Pure are recruiting for a National Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our client's retail sales operations. You must have several years nationwide sales manager experience working for high-end luxury brand/s.
The primary focus is to lead and inspire a passionate and motivated sales team, ensuring my client's retail sites reflect the quality of our offerings, and consistently achieve sales targets. The role is instrumental in upholding the values of Passion, Respect, Good Citizenship, and Sustainability, aligning with our mission of helping individuals realise their dreams.
Key Responsibilities:
National Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the national sales team UK wide.
- Develop a comprehensive national sales plan based on the company's strategic goals.
Sales Performance Management:- Motivate and support the sales team to maximise their potential and achieve company targets.
- Conduct regular conference calls, quote reviews, and sales webinars/training sessions.
- Monitor sales performance KPIs, addressing variances to plan proactively.
Show Site Management:- Conduct frequent visits to company sites, supporting local sales teams, and fostering relationships with partners.
- Ensure adherence to company operating procedures developing and implementing new company operating procedures as needed
Collaboration and Relationship Building:- Work closely with Marketing and Business Development to incorporate customer feedback into organisational strategies.
- Act as the primary liaison between sales and other business areas, fostering excellent relationships.
- Maintain trading relationships with national retail accounts where appropriate.
Brand Representation and Events:- Assist in ensuring that national sites reflect the company's position as the UK's leading supplier.
- Assist in organising national sales exhibitions or events the company participates in.

Qualifications:- Proven experience in a senior sales management role.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in retail operations and adherence to operating procedures.
- Ability to travel as required.
