Teaching Personnel is currently seeking dynamic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join our team and work in schools across Slough. Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons to small groups or whole classes in the absence of the class teacher.
• Providing targeted support to students with varying abilities and needs.
• Collaborating with teaching staff to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Assisting in the planning and preparation of learning resources.
• Upholding high standards of behavior and promoting a positive classroom ethos.

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
• Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different school environments.
• Flexibility and a positive attitude towards teaching and learning.
