As a Registered General Nurse (RGN), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients across various settings, including hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and community care facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients under your supervision, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community healthcare.
Assessment: Conduct patient assessments, including physical examinations, health histories, and diagnostic tests, to develop individualized care plans.
Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate dosage and adherence to protocols.
Monitoring: Monitor patients vital signs, observe and document changes in their condition, and intervene appropriately in emergencies.
Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to coordinate and optimize patient care.
