Job description

We are looking for switched on, enthusiastic and proactive Team Assistant to join a top education body based in Central London. This role is supporting a wonderful team who are all down to earth and enjoy a relaxed yet professional environment. They are looking for a like mind individual to join them as soon as possible to work with them in an ongoing capacity, with the potential to stay on for the long term if it’s the right fit. Please note, the client are only considering candidates with prior experience within Higher Education.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Administrative support for a small team
• High level documentation preparation
• Scheduling meetings across the team
• Picking up general administration jobs as they arise

• Strong team player and work ethic
• Proactive
• Some experience within Higher Education is mandatory.
