Are you a legal assistant or legal secretary with experience in Private Client, looking for a new opportunity? My client is a top legal 500 law firm based in Solihull and due to expansion is currently searching for a private client legal secretary to join its friendly and supportive team.

You would be responsible for:

• File management (opening and closing files)
• Being the first port of call with clients either face to face or over the phone
• Working closely with a fee earner to manage their billings
• Preparing client engagement letters
• Dealing with and being responsible for filing and storing wills in relation to the HMRC
