Join our Client's Dynamic Team as an Installation Projects & Contracts Manager

Are you ready to take on a crucial role in a rapidly growing company? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? Are you confident liaising with Tier 1/Main Contractors from prestart stage. If you answered yes, then we have the perfect role for you.

Our client, a leader in architectural glazing for large commercial projects, is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join their team. As a Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and the satisfaction of their valued clients. This is a chance to make your mark and pave your path to success.

As our clients' Installation Projects & Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the installation of commercial glazing systems after they've been manufactured at our client's facility in Europe. This includes managing the sub-contract installation team, understanding contractual obligations, coordinating with cross-functional teams both internally and externally within Tier 1/Main Contractors and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be the go-to person to resolve issues, liaise with clients, and ensure that health and safety protocols are strictly followed. Your attention to detail, commercial prowess, strong technical understanding, and exceptional communication skills will be critical to your success. You will be involved from pre start meetings, liaising with Tier 1/Main contractors to ensure delivery and vertical distribution of products, preparing RAMS, managing QTIP with contractors, preparing O & M's and undertaking site visits as overall project and contracts manager.

You'll be experienced in dealing with Main Contractors/Tier 1 contractors on large-scale commercial construction projects. As a confident negotiator, you'll have the gravitas and organisational skills to bring all project elements together at the right time. You'll also be commercially minded and always consider budgetary factors.

To excel in this role, you should have knowledge and experience in dealing with architectural glazing or specialised glass, windows, doors, skylights, curtain walling, facades or other similar specialist construction or architectural components for commercial and industrial builds. You could currently be working as a Project Manager keen to develop your career in to Contracts Management or an experienced Contracts Manager seeking to apply your skills in a new organisation selling a premium product. A good understanding of contractual obligations, glazing elements, and technical aspects is highly desired. Written and spoken English proficiency is essential, and knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous but not crucial. Your ability to navigate ERP and CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office applications will be key. Ideally, you will hold CSCS or SSSTS/SMSTS certifications.

So, if you'd like to take on this fascinating challenge, please indicate your interest by emailing your CV or call us on 01905 381 320.
