The client
My client is a reputable construction business who due to business growth is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
Recognised as a market leader you will join an established team where no two days are the same!
The role
- Acting as the first point of contact for both new and existing customer
- Processing orders and raising quotations
- Providing updates product availability as well as delivery ETA
- Updating bespoke CRM
- Handling queries via online chat, phone and email
- Raising invoices
- Handling both credit and cash accounts
- Chasing quotations
- Providing excellent customer service
The candidate
- Customer focused with the ability to operate in a pressurised environment
- Previous experience within a construction business would be advantageous
- An advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Highly numerate with attention to detail
- Highly organised, good communicator and team worker
- Self-motivated, dedicated, hardworking and flexible
