Job Description
- Oversee the production of monthly management accounts.
- Oversee internal staff monthly payroll.
- Year End Accounts preparation.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and process controls to HMRC and Companies House
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
- Work with the Operations Director to streamline accounting functions and operations.
- Provide insight on financial decision-making processes through analysis, financial projections, and cost identification.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Communicate financial information to non-financial managers.
- Participate in budgeting and risk management.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Finance Manager should have:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Analytical mind with a strategic ability.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
