Job description
Computors Limited are looking for an IT Engineer to join our exciting MSP team at our Wolverhampton offices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience. They will use their interpersonal skills to communicate with customers both in person and remotely.
This role will require you to perform IT support and installation services such as laptop & P.C installs, basic network installation, Microsoft 365 solutions and 1 st -2 nd line IT Support services.
Essential Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience providing 1st / 2nd Line support.
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 systems.
- Networking troubleshooting and installation skills.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
While not imperative, experience with any of the following services and systems would be beneficial:
- Deploying and configuring Microsoft 365 services.
- Experience with cloud-based services such as Hosted Exchange & Hosted Desktop.
- Server Management utilising Hyper-V or VM Ware.
- Knowledge of the Veeam range of backup and replication solutions.
- VOIP Telecommunications systems such as 3CX.
- Experience working on a helpdesk to ITIL standards in an MSP environment.
- Experience with Ubiquiti networks and Firewall solutions such as Watchguard & SonicWALL.
- Experience in planning and managing small IT projects.
Computors Ltd provide telephone, remote & on-site IT Support & installation services for a wide-range of business within the Midlands. We are based at Wolverhampton Science Park and are looking for a candidate to join us who has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in this industry.
This role will give you the ability to substantially broaden your skill sets in supporting & installing a wide range of equipment & services. Around 20% of your time will be spent at customer premises and so a driving licence is essential for this role. Please only apply if you live within a 20-mile radius of Wolverhampton.

Salary Scale = £24,000–£28,000 per year depending on skills & experience.
