Job Title: Sister/Charge Nurse - Haematology & Oncology
Location: Westminster
Shift Pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Type: Permanent
Salary: £49,181 - £60,110 per annum + £5000 Golden Hello welcome incentive payment
We are currently seeking a motivated Sister/Charge Nurse with experience in Haematology or Oncology to join our Cancer Nursing Team in Westminster. Joining one of our specialist cancer centers, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing outstanding care. Our organisation, currently rated "Outstanding" by the CQC, is committed to clinical innovation in the treatment of blood disorders and cancer, staying at the forefront with the latest advancements.
As a Sister/Charge Nurse in our Cancer Nursing Team, your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of specialist care. You will serve as a role model for our values, ensuring that the physical and emotional needs of patients are met. Your expert leadership skills will be essential for coaching, mentoring, and engaging with your team. Handling a variety of complex cases and utilising the latest treatments, tools, and techniques, you will contribute to delivering the best possible care for your patients.
