You may not have heard of us, but we're sure you've tried our products because we supply food for the all the major supermarkets in the UK.

Here in Boston we employ around 400 colleagues and produce ready to eat salads, prepared vegetables and snacks for many of the major retailers such as Coop, Boots, Greggs, Costco, Spar and BOL.

What you'll be doing

Shift A Night Shift 18:00-06:00 £12.68 per hour.

You will be picking orders for our customers from our cold stores, alongside managing stock. You will need to have good math skills to ensure you are correctly picking orders with a right first time approach. You will be working as part of a team, so communication and teamwork are key skills. You will be using an IT system, so you need to be computer literate. Existing FLT license would be a bonus, but training will be provided upon successful completion of probation.

What we're looking for

• Ability to work under pressure in a cold store environment - you will be picking orders for some of the UKs well-known retailers, ensuring that the correct order goes out on time in full.
• Good with numbers - you will be counting picks and products, alongside managing remaining stock.
• Computer literate - you will be using an IT system as part of the role, so confidence and competence with a computer is key.
• Excellent communication skills - you will be working as part of a team, so the ability to get along as part of a group is key.
• Existing Reach Truck license would be a bonus - but we will provide training on successful completion of probation.
