Senior Content & Engagement Manager
London (Hybrid) with fully remote options considered
The Organisation
Our client is dedicated to breaking the link between family income and academic achievement.
They do this by supporting schools, colleges and nurseries to improve teaching and learning through better use of evidence. They generate research evidence on effective practice in supporting learning outcomes and narrowing the socioeconomic attainment gap, and they work with academic professionals to ensure this evidence is applied to achieve the maximum possible benefit for children and young people.
They are currently seeking a Senior Content & Engagement Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
They expect to appoint this role as London based with hybrid working. However, for an exceptional candidate, home-based working with regular travel to the London office may be considered.
The Benefits
- Salary of circa £49,000 per annum, depending on experience (including £3,000 supplement for London based roles)

The Role
As a Senior Content & Engagement Manager, you will support the development of a national programme of content, including developing a focus on evidence literacy.
Leading all areas of content development, you will curate content for a range of different audiences and oversee the growth of purposeful engagement in different phase settings, including early years, schools and post-16.
Working closely with colleagues to ensure engagement activity supports all teams, you will manage the development of annual evidence projects and support engagement work on content and areas for development in liaison with the Policy Team.
About You
To be considered as a Senior Content & Engagement Manager, you will need:
- Project management experience
- Experience of the challenges of translating and communicating evidence to practitioners, teachers, senior leaders and policy officials
- A comprehensive understanding of the academic landscape
- Proven leadership skills
