ARNE is a direct to consumer, apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east and then ship directly to our customers, with ARNECLO.com ecommerce store as our only sales channel.
We have ambitious objectives over the next decade with the team believing all targets are achievable through new product category launches in shoes and womenswear alongside the creation of paid media, CRM activity and further international growth to amplify the great product / brand assets we have already created.
Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies that enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.

- Support on the development and implementation of CRM strategies that enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
- Assist management in the end-to-end process of setting up e-mail campaigns, flows, app pushes and SMS across ARNE’s UK and international markets.
- Support in the planning, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, conversions, and revenue.
- Assist building the CRM calendar across all channels, taking into consideration upcoming launches, stock levels and current trends.
- Build and monitor results for all automated e-mail flows to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Assist in the development of segmentation strategies to ensure campaigns are suitably targeted to maximise channel engagement rates and conversion.
- Leverage user insights to personalise campaign content and conduct A/B tests to optimise email content, subject lines, and other campaign elements for improved performance.
- Support management on pulling weekly email performance reports, whilst identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Trade, Merchandising and the Customer Service team, to ensure seamless execution of CRM and email marketing.
- Support in providing regular reports and insights to Senior Management, highlighting the impact of CRM and email marketing efforts against business goals.
- Monitor competitor campaigns within the market to inform our future e-mail strategy.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Essential Experience and Skills
- 1 ½ + years of experience in a CRM role.
- Bachelor’s degree: Marketing or related (or equivalent experience).
- A strong analytics background using Google Analytics desired.
- Experience using email and marketing platforms like Klaviyo and Shopify Plus.
- Highly organised and process driven.
- Experience executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Proactive, highly organised and process driven.
- Fashion experience desired but not essential.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
