Contentious Probate Solicitor , Exeter
You : You could be at any level of qualification with a background in Contentious Probate. The firm : My client is a very busy high street firm who are looking to add a specialist Contentious Probate solicitor to their busy team. They enjoy a local client base, many walk-in customers and attract business through word of mouth and from previous good reputation. The firm have a number of success stories, secretarial staff moving up into CILEx qualification and fee earners moving up into partnership. It is a close knit family feel and the firm get involved with local charities and have a good social scene internally and a friendly culture. There is always "cake in the kitchen" apparently too ! The role : The firm are looking for someone with genuine enthusiasm and client care skills to manage your own caseload and to offer a high quality Contentious Probate caseload. You will have a background in commercial or civil litigation, inheritance act or contentious probate work.
