As VP of Strategic Planning and Technical Project Management, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of our roadmap. As leader you will be the focal point, ensuring effective co-ordination and alignment across all stakeholders involved in the delivery of software products. Working in a fast-paced and agile environment, you will be responsible for the iterative delivery of value, with continuous feedback from customers and our business partners. • Lead technical product delivery and the flow of value to our customers and the business
• Maniacal focus on outcomes for our customers and business
• Ensuring priorities are clear, and visible to all team members

• Exceptional leading cross functional teams; able to work across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done.
• Developing and growing a high performing team, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Leading roadmap planning, estimation, resource planning, budgeting, and change management in a lean model
• Proactively identifying and mitigating risks throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Ensuring effective ceremonies, stand-ups, walk the wall, project updates to ensure work is visible, managed and coordinated

• Experience in Technical Project Management managing multiple projects and teams in a global environment
• Experience in leading Technical Project Management in Technology/Software industry
• Software Product and SaaS experience is a real plus
• Lean and Agile experience a must
• Experience with Onshore-Offshore projects
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional or horizontally aligned teams
