Absolute Results is seeking a Bilingual Customer Satisfaction Representativeto join their team in Watford, Northamptonshire, UK.

DUTIES:

• Communicating with existing clients on a day-to-day basis
• Maintaining a record of customer communication
• Asking questions to obtain client feedback on event performance
• Providing clients with necessary information as required
• Resolving customer queries and complaints by directing any urgent calls/issues to Senior Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Written and oral fluency in both English and French languages
