OurResource Planning and Management Information Service believe in their One Contact Vision and underpinning values. The team play a vital role in theproduction of management, business information and reports whilst delivering proactive analysis to inform operational and strategic decisions pinpointing areas of underperformance/deviations and improvement opportunities.
We are looking fordata-driven self-starter to join the performance arm of our team at this exciting time, where you will be key to the success of multiple projects which will shape the future operations of Birmingham City Council. Excellent data handling, Advanced Excel and SQL skills will be essential for this role, as well as attention to detail and working at pace. Experience with business intelligence tools such as PowerBI would be advantageous as is the ability to provide analytical insights into the data to drive continuous improvements.
This exciting role will offer a great opportunity but not limited to tracking against the Benefits realisation plan contained within the Voice Automation and Consolidation projects. Attention to detail and delivering at pace are key to this role.
We require a knowledgeable, highly motivated, and well organised individual to work in this busy and dynamic environment. You will have excellent interpersonal and excel skills with an ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders in the protection and provision of information.
As well as the above specialist expertise, the ideal candidate will be an excellent team worker who is able to bring colleagues together from across a diverse organisation to ensure all matters of information management are managed safely and effectively.
