Job description
Have you got experience working on the Datix system for the NHS and are immediately available for work? We are seeking 2 individuals who have great attention to detail to help support a project for the NHS up until the end of March in the Prestwich area working as Datix Administrators.
We are looking for applicants who have an Enhanced DBS check and can work with professionalism and discretion to assist with this project and offer their services on a temporary basis. Offering immediate start, full time hours Monday to Friday, opportunity for some hybrid working, salary £11.76p/h - £14.32p/h, weekly pay and onsite parking. What will you be doing as a Datix Administrator?- Updating the NHS Datix Management System by maintaining and co-ordinating the register
- Working closely with the Heads of Governance & Compliance to give guidance and support to staff on the use of the Datix system
- Provide reports of trends highlighted on the systems and produce reports on these for analysis
- Be responsible for the data quality checks, approvals and monitoring on incidents that have been logged by staff
- Prepare investigation documents surrounding the incidents
- Working to timescales and deadlines
What skills and experience will you need as a Datix Administrator?
- You have worked on NHS Datix Systems and are confidant delivering support to colleagues in use of the systems - this is an essential requirement in order to be considered for this role
- Must have an Enhanced DBS check
- You have exceptional attention to detail and strong knowledge of incident management procedures.
- Can commit to a temporary contract until the end of March
