Applications are invited for the role of Assistant Head (Curriculum & Assessment).

The successful candidate will lead the academic life of the school, ensuring all pupils are able to flourish and fulfil their potential through a challenging, exciting and progressive curriculum.

The Assistant Head (Curriculum & Assessment), alongside the Head, sets the academic tone in the school, and sets standards for excellence in the provision of teaching and learning.

They will be aligned with the ethos and strategic priorities of Westonbirt Prep, and have a collaborative and enabling style that will help them to bring out the best in others.

The successful candidate will also be able to deliver inspirational lessons and contribute to our diverse extra-curricular provision. The ability to offer a specialist subject, as well as core subjects, would be an advantage; candidates are urged to highlight this in their application.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly ambitious individual who is keen to join the school at a key milestone and is a role that could suit a candidate new to senior leadership.
