This leading main contractor have an immediate requirement for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a large commercial scheme in Reading n a temp to perm contract.
Our client is working on a £50M new build commercial office within Reading and they need a capable Surveyor, assisting the team of surveyors currently reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor.For this role you will have been involved with a number of projects within the commercial or residential sector, for either tier 1 developers or main contractors. A Quantity Surveying qualification is required, and you will have worked for some leading construction companies during your career as a Quantity Surveyor.
