Job Title: Clinical Nursing Manager
Practice: The Barn Animal Practice, Basingstoke
Salary: £38,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, p ermanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (Shifts between 8am and 7pm), and 1 in 4 weekends.

Here at The Barn Vets, we have a rare and excellent opportunity to welcome a Registered VeterinaryNurse to join and Leadour friendly and supportive team! As the Clinical Nurse Manager, your average week will consist of approximately 4 clinical days, 1 admin day. Part of the role is to ensure that the nursing team across the business is managed as effectively as possible to support the growth of the practice. You'll work closely with the Lead Nurses to identify areas of development needs within the nursing team to maintain a happy, efficient working environment, whilst ensuring practice policies and group policies are always adhered to.
The successful candidate will work alongside our team of Vets, RVNs, SVNs, a PCA and Client Care team in a beautiful clinic with a strong client base. It's very important to demonstrate knowledge of the RCVS Day One Skills and Competencies, Code of Professional Conduct for Veterinary Nurses (on-the-job, in structured practical sessions and/or in tutorials) that is evidenced on the rota to receive appropriate support from a Clinical Supervisor.
