The Role
We are seeking a Commercial Property solicitor with a proven track record of working on Commercial Property matters, to join our team based in Woking.
The role will involve working with a well-established team with work actively flowing in daily! You will have previous experience working in Commercial Property and will be confident in handling a varied caseload to include lease transactions, buying and selling of both freehold and leasehold commercial premises, refinancing transactions, option agreements, buying and selling of business assets and other more complex land transfers.
You’ll be a great communicator and you’ll share our desire to provide an excellent level of service to our clients. You’ll be technically capable and will be methodical and organised in your approach.
