Job description
Daniel Owen (Leeds) are looking for a Electrical Engineer to work in York and Harrogate.
- Working for a property management company, covering HG and YO postcodes
- Own van and fuel card provided
- You will be somewhere different every day carrying out various planned and reactive maintenance work, supporting with an array of FM works inclusive of general fab tech and plumbing PPM's
- Reporting risks/defects to management and filling out log books following procedures
- Candidate should ideally hold of a level 3 or equivalent, work based and practically assessed building fabric related qualification, such as an NVQ, BTEC. ECS Card preferable
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence required
- 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, overtime available, OT rate TBC
