Senior Merchandising Admin Assistant

Job description
Responsibilities:
Stock Management:
- Track orders into the business through systems, work in regular contact with our suppliers and our warehouse to maintain delivery processes
- Update delivery dates to ensure accurate intake planning for the business
- Actively manage stock across retail and web channels to optimize availability to meet the requirement of all sales channels
- Work with the Store Manager to determine store replenishment schedule – amending as per requirements (stock takes, peak trading etc)
- Act as the first point of contact for retail, warehouse and customer services for stock related queries
- Keep teams up to date on product launches and stock availability
- Communicate sales orders and deliveries with wholesale partners
Reporting & Systems:
- Oversee the preparation and distribution weekly sales
- Actioning re-pricing and markdown changes
- Updating reports on a weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis including seasonal analysis
- Monitor competitor activity and risks and opportunities
- Maintain accurate information across all systems and key documents
- Support Merchandiser in analysis of sales
- Create purchase orders and aid in PO management
Requirements:
- A passion and enthusiasm for the La Coqueta brand and what we represent
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Office
- Good Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data and produce reports accurately
- A strong aptitude for maths and analysis
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate across multiple depts
- Ability to multitask, managing time, prioritising jobs and making sure tasks are completed accurately
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments
- Solution-focused approach to everything
Beneficial:
- Spanish language skills are advantageous
