Job Title: ESOL/EFL Trained Teacher
Location: Blackpool, UK
Schedule:
Monday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Thursday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated ESOL/EFL trained teacher to join our client in Blackpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to a diverse group of learners. The ability to drive is essential due to location changes.
Key Duties:
Deliver effective English language lessons to ESOL/EFL learners.
Create engaging and interactive lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
ESOL/EFL teaching qualification (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, TEFL).
Proven experience in teaching English as a second language to diverse groups of learners.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and locations.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
Spencer Clarke Group work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary, Special Education needs and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
