The Fleet & Vehicle Test Engineer will take responsibility for the design vehicle fleet and completion of the vehicle test programs for the Chassis, Powertrain and Electrical functions of the Design and Development department; ensuring testing is completed to procedure and on time as set out by standard project timings. A key objective of this role is to establish testing processes and working practices in order to maximise the effectiveness of the Department.
This role is ideal for a engineer to move into a vehicle test environment who is wanting to develop their career into a varied and specialised department. Previous experience in a test environment is desirable but not essential. This role would suit someone with experience in an engineering work environment looking to further build and develop their skills at an engineer or senior engineer level.
