Job description
- This company has achieved remarkable success by licensing their unique IP and software to some of the world’s largest electronics manufacturers. They are now transitioning into manufacturing their own chips, thus becoming a fabless semiconductor company. Currently, they boast a skilled silicon engineering team of 10 and are actively seeking to expand by adding 2 more RTL Design Engineers to their ranks. The RTL Design Engineer role: You’ll get to play a big part in the full development cycle of the chips. The RTL Design Engineer role involves significant contributions throughout the chip development cycle. Responsibilities include developing Verilog RTL for custom ICs, conducting FPGA engineering for validation and test purposes, and participating in silicon evaluation. This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy engaging with various aspects of IC design and possess a diverse skill set in programming and development. Essential Skills for RTL Design Engineer:
- 3+ years of experience in digital IC design and verification
- Degree in electronic engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in FPGA development tools
- Verilog
